The driving force behind our responsible travel strategy is our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Ambassadors – a team of 10 members of staff who are passionately leading the business on its journey to a being recognised as a Travelife certified travel partner by the end of 2023 and becoming carbon neutral by 2026. They meet monthly to discuss initiatives across our four chosen pillars; People, Planet, Philanthropy and Wildlife which are closely aligned with our six chosen UN Sustainable Goals Development Goals.

As experts in luxury travel, we know that to explore the wonders of the world we must also protect them. To share the world with future generations, we have pledged to be carbon neutral by 2026. Striding towards our Climate Action UN Goal, we have introduced 12 new initiatives within the business, reducing our carbon footprint by 65% in the last year. These initiatives range from installing Tap Aerators to reduce our water waste to surveying our portfolio of hotels to establish their CSR practices and accreditation programmes.



Dedicated to building and supporting a network of Partnerships for Goals, each year we support and invest in local, national, and overseas causes. We have raised over £10,000 for our chosen charities which have been selected by staff: MIND, Chester Aid for the Homeless, and the Barbados Sea Turtles Project, as well as a Ukraine refugee fundraiser in March 2022. We aim to hold a minimum of 4 fundraising activities per year and encourage staff to use their volunteer day.

We inspire our clients to choose responsible experiences, such as Dolphin Tracking, joining a beach clean-up, or safely spotting endangered animals.
